Disappointing

  : Location is excellent and generally quiet. Check-in and check-out were easy. There was a nice view from the main room window. Wifi was reliable and fast.
  : Overall the apartment was a disappointment. One of the reasons we booked this accommodation was the TV which we could use as a monitor while "working from home" for a few days during our stay. Although the TV was shown in the listing, it was NOT present in the apartment. We notified the host immediately that we needed the TV for work, however they did not address the issue. Other reasons the apartment was not up to expectations:1) The shower head was broken and you have to hold it with one hand while showering with the other. Also water leaks onto the bathroom floor after each use. Impossible to avoid even with a lot of effort.2) Overall the apartment is not well maintained, and generally low quality stuff. There was long black hair everywhere and mold growing in the shower cabin. Also leaking water from the shower had significantly damaged the wood trim around the bathroom door and it looks really gross. Hanging lamps had layers of dust. Toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and no one cared to fix it. Towels were clean but very cheap quality and left white fibers all over your body and in your hair.3) No water cooker for tea.Would not stay here again.

  : Check in was at a different site through a management company. Four flights of stairs is extremely difficult to navigate. Kitchen amenities were very minimal.

  : The only thing they could improve is a darker shade for the room as it was transparent so hard to sleep until late!
