  : the location, spacious.
  : there was no hot water or heating for 4 days. the agent intimidated that I was a liar when I told them it wasnt working. the boiler had an alarm. my main issue was their attitude. the location is great but Illnever stay there again because of their attitude

  : The apprtment is nice
  : The place made us wait for keys for more than a hour at the cold and didnt answer the phones. Made us chaise them and we lost a day because of thisThey wrote that thay have free parking. They showed the parking but i had to pay 9 euro for that when it was supposed to be free. And when contacting them about it they didn't even reply.Not recommended because of really bad customer experience

  : The apartment was very especions and beautiful. The location was espetacular.
  : The microwave is in bad condition. The carpet was very dirty, no soap in the bathroom and kitchen, the toilet paper was old, the shower curtain was dirty, although it was replaced when I called about it, and also the toilet seat was fixed when I called.

  : There were no soap and shampoo in bathroom, only 4 small pillows, no garbage bags and other small things which should be in place for this price.

  : The only thing good was the location because we had an EXPO to attend.
  : The main bedroom toilet was not working. Plus you could not take a shower in the bedroom shower as the tub was lacking. The pictures of the flat in the booking are very old and do not show the damage that the flat has. There were no hygiene products when we arrived, and we had to wait for 2 days for them would bring us.

  : Location
  : I only stayed 3 of the 4 nights booked. On the 3d day the electricity in the apartment went out. I checked the fuse box inside the apartment, on the left of the door, and it seemed okay. I called the support office who asked me to check the box, which I said I did. The information provided by the lady that attended me, regarding the box, did not match ( she asked me to press a black button, which was non existent). I sent her, by WhatsApp, a photo of the box. I then asked her to send a technician to sort out the problem. Meanwhile, I left the apartment , around 12:30, as I had an appointment. I checked back with the lady, around 17:30 , after a few tries, who eventually informed that someone would be going to the apartment. I informed her that at 19:00, if electricity was still not restored, I would check out . I did that, around 19:00 after confirming myself that the situation was the same . This is documented in WhatsApp conversation we had.I also stated that I expect a refund of the one day stay.
