  : Apartment was big, nicely designed on the interior, automated blinds on all windows, a/c in each room, all utilities present. Pretty easy to find (free) parking spot in front of entrance
  : We were warned by other comments that the drain of the main shower is kind of clogged. in no time it gets full of water and you have to stop and wait for it to drain before continuing. In the other shower room there was a toilet smell (not that strong but still). Found lots of dust and even bugs when moving pillows of the couch. Also quite noisy around midnight when restaurant underneath were moving tables/chairs around. Main complain is about cleaning services, clearly not done by owner but by 3rd party company who are not doing things thoroughly

  : -No manuals for any of the kitchen electrics-Dishwasher non-functional-Vacuum cleaner did not vacuum properly-Clothes drying lines very low from the window - not easy to hang clothes to dry

  : There was a damp smell in the apartment and the dishwasher was leaking... could not be used.
