: - central location,- pretty well equipped, - contact with the owner was good.
: Well, where to start…The address (when entered in Google maps) leads you to some other house further down the street, which made it a bit tricky to find at first. The flat was alright, but a lot was broken or poorly fixed (bedside table was ripped out of the wall, stained rug, blinds only half hung up,…). It is loud!! There is a bar below and the tram passes just in front of the door and runs from 06:30 to 01:00h. But that is not the worst, the worst was that overnight (WHILE WE WERE SLEEPING) someone entered the flat - locked door, closed windows, no forced entry (so probably with a key)- and stole everything of value that was in sight that belonged to us. Safety was poor in general, the house door is always left open as “it is a safe area” (we also were not given a key for it), the “managers”/ “butlers” that we met for keys or after the burglary were young men that were not really sure what they were doing. So overall, I will surely not book this property again. I think the owner shall rethink the managing company and definitely UPDATE THE SECURITY MEASURES.

: The proximity to time out market was helpful. Smart TV. Kitchen equipped with basic tools. On a fairly busy street but mostly quiet & peaceful. The owners responded quickly to answer questions.
: Not convenient to pick up the keys from a lockbox across town. The address given does not take you to the correct location, which is a few blocks away. Not a huge deal but not optimal with luggage. Unit much smaller than expected. Curtain was not up in bedroom, very bright. Roaches in hallway and “living room” area. Bed uncomfortable, lacking pillows. Broken shower seal. Broken toilet seat. Flickering light in kitchen. We left a night early, as soon as we could find something else affordable last minute.

: the location was good
: we arrived in the apartment in the center of the city. The rooms where different then they were showed on de website. we could live with that. but when we came back from a walk all our expensive stuff like our camera and headphones were stolen. the door was locked so someone with a key came in the apartment and stole the stuff. When we asked the lady of the bar under us she told us it was not the first time this happened. Booking and Guest Ready ruined our weekend. Don't book this place.
