  : Decent location close to park and avenue. Moderately clean shared bathroom despite some mould marks.Allowed late check in. Staff who checked us in was friendly.
  : Shared bathroom shower had changing water power and temperature.Room decor was a bit grim. Lighting in room was cold and unwelcoming.AC wasn't working and staff didn't have an option for a fan (although we fortunately found a fan ourselves in the room)Windows very big and kind of scary opening them up when you're so high up.Staff did not respond to my message on booking.com or phone call, although they had advised thats how we should contact them.

  : I had a reservation from Fontana Guesthouse from 6th July till 8th july. 2 nights 3 room.On 6th July at 16:00 We went to the property and saw that property has shared bathroom. This is my mistake that I could not check it. But We are three family . I saw there the 4th familiy that I dont know. I told the property that I dont want to stay such a place. Then I made a "free cancellation " request. Immediately the property refused it. During this period, I called Booking.com customer service and informed.After gettin refused answer, Our 3 family decided to stay only 1 night and turned back to property. But the guy at the property said that reservation is cancelled free of charge.Then I called “booking.com” customer service to confirm that if the reservation is cancelled free of charge. The guy on phone said that will communicate wtih the property than will give answer by mail. But I never got answer from you. We waited in front of the property and press the bell but there was no answer.I called two more time the booking.com customer service. The guy on phone said that cancellation fee will be 280 Euro. And the guy on promised to answer back but I did not get any answer. These conversation hold on 6th July. Until today I did not get any response. I checked the reservation during 6th july but the reservation was not cancelled. On 7th July on our website I see that it was cancelled. I did not get any information by mail.That is why I called booking.com customer service today again.I explained her everything again and she firs already said that free cancellation is refused by the property and there will be cancellation fee 280 euro and I wanted a confirmation. Then she controlled and apologized that there will not be a cancellation fee.The property is very rude. And because of slow response and wrong information of Booking.com, We had troubles.
