  : Quite good position. Newly renovated and well equipped flat. Wifi always worked. The soap was of decent quality. However Lisbon is a wonderful city.
  : Poor lighting: the room was dark, we had to use artificial light all the time. Impossible to change the air because in the courtyard there was a building site with work in progress, which produced noise from 9 am, dust and rubble. You always had to stay with the window closed and the artificial light on. Bad smell in the common areas because the windows could not be opened to change the air. The bedroom was small for 3 people. Poor hygiene: the sheets were in direct contact with the mattress. There were 2 cloth chairs, both dirty and not washable. Towels were never changed in 5 days. The toilet brush was bad and in need of changing. The furniture cushions were useless and dusty as were the carpets. Absence of a reception service: you cannot talk to anyone if you have a problem. You can only write an email and who knows if they answer you then. Too expensive for what is offered. If we had known that the window could not be opened we would not have booked. From the website this was not clear. It would be good to avoid renting rooms on the side of the courtyard where there are works in progress.

  : I waited almost 2 hours in the lobby around 5pm. Eventually I called booking.com service to see if they can reach out to the host and to see if I could cancel. Eventually I decided to go to a nearby hotel. As I was filling the reservation form, I received a message from the host saying the room and keys were ready. At that point I had to cancel my hotel reservation, because if I canceled the booking.com room I was receiving 50% penalty, about 150 euro. I think this is a problem of both the host and booking.com.

I was ignored by the staff during the whole refund process and I only got my money back with the help of Booking.Unfortunately, the place seems to be managed by immature, unpolite people that don't care about the well-being of the guests at all.
