  : We came with a tour group and tested positive for covid. So, had to stay and isolate. They would only give us a room for one night and then were kicking us out. Found a room through booking.com, but they never informed us that the room was available. The room had very low lighting, one very hard chair, and no balcony. So, unable to read our books. Butts were sore from having to sleep on the hard mattress. Housekeeping did not come, we had to go down and ask for towels. Phones did not work or they rarely picked up. Very gloomy and depressing room.

  : on check-in they told us that they decided to move us to another hotel because some of their rooms air-conditioning was not working . they asked us to wait and I SAE they were checking in other guests . when they moved us to another Turim hotel a short drive away, we discovered none of the rooms had air-conditioning . the staff falsely claimed that air-conditioning was working . Horrible hotels horrible staff . never again !

  : The hotel was dissapointing , nice area, room clean
  : The hotel was not as per the internet advertised. I also booked on line and was not able to receive emails and then was noted once I was online that the restaurant had been closed since covid after my holiday when I returned back to south Africa . Restaurant closed As I found out later. Dismal continental breakfast , Arrived on Saturday and bar was closed until Tuesday . I was waiting in my hotel room for my son to arrive on Saturday and would like to have gone and had a drink but not possible. Short staffed completely , I felt that the security was an issue as well. In the evenings one young lady on desk and no back up.I called reception, Didnt answer, But the lady did call be back , I requested a toilet roll as we only had half a toilet roll in room and was asked to come down she was alone at 10 at night, all alone and you could see she was new or just nervous ...Had to insist they do something about safe when I arrived as was not working, was told only Tuesday , but the young duty manager did sort out . I expected far better value , The luggage carrier was broken , there was no one to assist with it I was just so disappointed completely and yet I chose on the web as it looked the most inviting , The foyer had a video playing showing the wonderful activities. I had paid for 7 nights but I would have checked out after the first , I was not happy .The staff were pleasant but my value was not , Wifi was weak , no teaspoons in the room for coffee and tea,
