  : Situation to city center, very clean
  : We book a 40m apartment but we got a much much smaller apartment. A funny clean tiny apartment like in TV show. Has everything but you must lay at bed if you want to be anywhere....so it was really tiny for 3. Child bed was not prepared when we arrived. In all of others apartment they did it. And something very unpleasant is that we had to pay 30 euros extra because we arrived after 19h... this is something which is in written in booking but In my opinion it is unfair.

  : The Apartment is cosy and situated in a beautiful area. Easy to navigate too, only being a 10-minute walk from the Urban Train Station.Plenty of restaurants nearby.The greeting staff (Bernardo) was great, filled us in about the area and gave great suggestions on food places.

  : We expected a bed for my daughter as we were three. there was no linen for the couch and the TV was out of order. The price of the appartement is high for one week 700 for a small place of maybe 17 M2. We could expect a place for the third person and a Tv working

  : The location was very nice and Bernardo (reception) was very sweet.
  : We had to contact the owner since there was no one to let us in the building, even though our arrival time was entered on the website AND I had responded to reception desk of our arrival time. We waited about 10 minutes for someone to arrive. There was a large crack in the window, which was being held together with tape (a bit tacky). The shower head base comes out of the wall. When standing in the shower, It feels very soft, as if youll fall through. There were only 2 miniature size toilet paper rolls, and we were staying for 4 days, and had to go out and by more. The floors were dirty, and looked as if they hadnt been mopped in a long time. The walls are super thin, like most places in Portugal, and the residential street is a bit noisy. We read this point in previous reviews, and came prepared with ear plugs. The bottom tray on the refrigerator door is broken and we had to lift it every time in order to close the door. There were also small holes in the wall that needed to be repaired.

  : The location was amazing. Bernardo and Manuel were very kind and energetic. They really loved to make sure guests were happy. We sat on the front porch nightly, got to know the mini market owner well, walked all over Lisbon and always felt safe. The bed was extremely comfortable, both upstairs and the daybed in the loft. The kitchen had everything we needed. Bernardo even made sure we had plenty of coffee, and we drink a lot!
  : This is hard because I've lived in warm, humid environments before, and in historic centers before. I know on humid locations mildew can be a problem. It looked like they did their best to keep it under control, and the property owner can't control of a guest airs the bathroom or not. We always showered early and left the front door open to have coffee while the heat got out of the bathroom. And in busy historic districts, dust can be a problem. But there was a LOT of dust on the picture frames, baseboards, and bathroom mirrors. I wish they offered an every other day cleaning to help stall mildew downstairs and help with the air particles that made the floor dirty so quickly and accumulated.on the picture frames. Those things aren't fully their fault. Our apartment got dirtier because we loved sitting and watching the neighborhood with the doors open. But on vacation, I don't want to clean. If you want to book here, just know it's historic and in a heavily visited area so you may experience extra dust from being roadside (very small and cute) with cars, motorcycles, etc.The one down side/complaint that was controllable: Our bathroom just wasn't clean. There was hair in the shower and dried urine around the toilet. I cleaned the floor and the towel was black. The upstairs windows weren't cleaned for a while and the rug by the stairs was sticky, shredded, and super dirty. These are things cleaners probably don't care about and can be easily overlooked when you're just turning people in. If you're not spending time inside, you probably wouldn't notice. If they hired a better cleaning company, it would be great. We didn't complain to the company, and I'm sure they would have fixed it had we brought it up. Bernardo was very friendly. I just cleaned it myself but it was frustrating.But all things considered, we really enjoyed the house and would stay again.

  : STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY- IT IS A SCAM AND A HOBBIT HOLE. THEY MISLEAD YOU WITH THE PHOTOS, THEY RELATE TO THE WHOLE BUILDING NOT THE FLAT YOU WILL BE STAYING IN. IF YOU LIKE CLAUSTROPHOBIC APARTMENTS- YOU WILL ENJOY THIS PLACE. IT IS TINY WITH SLANTED CEILINGS, WE STAYED FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE ASKING FOR A REFUND WHICH THE OWNER HAS REFUSED AND CHARGED US 100% FOR ALL THREE DAYS. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM- STAY WELL AWAY.

  : Very comfy for a family of four. Very nice appartment. On walking distance of the cruiseport and the citycenter. Quiet location.
  : It was a two floor apartment. During the heatwave period the upstairs bedroom was too hot due to the lack of airconditioning. The fans didn't really cool it down.

  : Not what was described at all.No charm and incredibly small. Manager was not helpful. Not even any soap!
