  : Good location in Belem looking over a park. Big apartment, good price
  : Needing some small renovations (door key wasn't working properly), and missing some few details to make it more comfortable

  : The location is great.
  : - The host was aggressive on arrival timing and made it clear (we were late for ten minutes only and it was due to long immigration and covid checks at the airport). - Old furniture and one chair was broken - I thought I booked one particular house but turned to be a different one as they have two houses in the same building, the two-bedroom is the one we booked but honestly, it's a studio flat divided into different rooms including the kitchen. Thus, the reason why I gave it a bad value for money. - If you hate stairs, please avoid this flat. It's an old building and the stairs are very steep.

  : Very bad smell in the bathroom.Check in is very inconvenient, not close to the apartment and it is hard to go via public transport so cost an extra 10euros for an Uber

  : There was no Air conditioning which i didn’t except in a hot city like Lisbon.The bed mattress was very thin and not comfortable at all. Didn’t like that I needed to collect my key from one place and the location was in another ( very fare from each other)The stairs was very steamy and no lift which made carrying our luggage to the first floor very difficult.

  : Overall the apartment is beautiful. Nice location for travelers who wish to be at Belem. Close to all Belem sites .
  : It looks like the appartment do need some more "love and care". It is managed by central company "Homing" .Reasonable but not perfectly maintained. Some things are missing ( for example , no garbage can in the appartment)
