  : The apartment is small and cute. Everything you need for life is available, including a dishwasher and a washing machine - although you have to buy your washing detergent. During the week we lived there, it can be said that the house is quiet and peaceful.
  : The location is about a 40-minute walk from the city center. Walking it 1-2 times or more every day is quite annoying.

  : the city center is close
  : I was very happy when I found this apartment. But unfortunately there were more negatives than positives. Starting with having to pick up the key 40 minutes away. When we arrived at the apartment, we found dirty and used towels and bed linen. We managed to clean the apartment at 21:30... We arrived at 16:00. My biggest disappointment is that I have not received the 100 euro deposit back to this day!!! I won't leave it at that. I really do not recommend the bmyguest apartment to anyone after this.

  : DONT BOOK IT, as it will make you regret coming to Lisbon. Worst booking ever.
  : First of all, the accommodation was 30 minutes away from the check-in office, and we got aware of that only upon the check-in as it was not written on the booking confirmation. Once we arrived to the location, apartment was not cleaned, and when we tried to contact our check-in agent, she was not answering. After 40 mins, and many unanswered calls, we decided to go back to the check-in office as we did not know what else to do. Keep in mind that this was happening around 5pm so it was a rush hour in the city, we wasted 1h and had to pay Uber for unnecessary round trip. Upon arrival in the check-in office, check-in agent said that she was busy and couldnt reply text or phone calls. Excuse for the dirty accommodation was that cleaning team did not make it on time (check in for this accommodation is 4pm, and they also buy time by making you go across the city so I would say that they JUST DID NOT CLEAN IT). Also they have this situations all the time - be sure to check the Google reviews as well / bmyguest | short term rental | www.bmyguest.pt reviews https://g.co/kgs/JD9fHk / To make long story short, STAY AWAY as you will most likely regret it, it is not worth for the money that they charge, and also they will take the deposit that is 100eur in advance and they will not give it back once you are checked out, they keep the right to do so only after the cleaning team check the apartment. We were again in the office to ask for the deposit refund and also for the Uber trip that Booking customer service told us that we can claim, but again same agent had no idea about that, refused to refund the deposit and was completely unhelpful. Worst experience ever!!

  : Staff was very non cooperative. Rooms were not made even after check in procedure was completed at the office and keys were handed over to us. Rooms were very dirty and almost zero spacious.
