  : Easy check-in process. Friendly staff who made sure I had what I needed to access the property.
  : The furniture is outdated and very uncomfortable. The bed is super uncomfortable and the floor squeaks super loudly. The noise level from upstairs and downstairs units makes it impossible to get any sleep and with no A/C, having to keep the windows open made it extra uncomfortable due to mosquitoes. The apartment is about 30 minute walk from the center, so it's not very convenient to most tourist attractions. The linen was not very clean and the toilet is installed so high that I am six feet, five inches tall and my feet dangled! My only reason for rating it a 4 out of 10 is because of the friendly staff at check-in.

  : The apartment was a very nice size, with stylish furnishings, good kitchen space and lots of light in the mornings! The bed was comfy and there were extra blankets too. Also loads of wardrobe storage space for clothes! It was very easy to check-in and get into the apartment as it's all done through an app/shared link, so no actual keys (just need to make sure your phones are charged!)
  : Not much to complain about, just very minor things like creaky floorboards. There's no heating so it did get a little chilly during our stay, though apparently this is common in Portugal! Also the bathroom maybe needs a little work (no toilet roll holder, knob missing on the shower/bath, toilet seat is wonky/loose).

  : Has a functioning washing machine. The wall scroll looks nice. Ancient TV setup and bad wifi forces you to live in the moment. It's in Lisbon so you don't spend a lot of time within it.
  : Oh boy. Firstly, they have the most deceptive pictures I have ever seen. The rooms are nowhere near as bright, possibly used studio lighting or Photoshop. In reality, the rooms are badly lit and small and contribute to a bad mood. The doors are small and uncomfortable and close in on you, only held in place by tripping hazards in the form of rough stones. The bathtub might as well be a standard shower cause the boiler doesn't produce enough hot water to fill it. The kitchen is nice but obviously put together by someone who has never cooked before and lacks essentials like a cutting board.

  : I would really like to love this place, because the apartment has a lot of potential, but sadly it was impossible due to the lack of proper housekeeping and unpleasant communication with the host.
  : For the first time ever, we decided to just find another place to stay and leave the flat after the first night. The apartment has not been cleaned properly before our arrival (despite very late check-in). Sadly that does not mean just a single dust-bunny in a corner. The whole place was in a terrible state, with not a single clean sheet, with brown stains in the bath and the toilet, sticky table in the living room, masking tape still attached in a couple of places. I am not sure what happened there. One thing I know for certain: a simple apology can go a long way. Sadly we did not receive one. On the contrary, we felt unwelcomed and treated like our demands for the basic quality of service were absurd.

  : Quirky apartment with tasteful decor. It is roughly a 20 minute walk to the Time Out Market - which was fine for us as we enjoy wandering. However, not super central for people who wish to be closer. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed although lacked some things like scissors or kitchen towel.
  : Very noisy neighbours above, 6am wake up banging and parties over the weekend into the early hours - unfortunately so loud it sounded like they were in the same apartment! Very steep internal stairs up to the property door, which also didnt lock (we woke up one morning and the door had clicked open which of course was our own fault for not double checking, but no lock to physically lock shut over night).Toilet is mounted exceptionally high - my boyfriend is 66 and his legs dangled! Shower didnt provide enough hot water for 2 showers meaning we had to wait 30 mins to an hour between showers to allow for hot water. We were also charged twice for accommodation, we paid initially at point of booking and then payment was taken again on day of check-in. Almost two weeks later we are still awaiting refund of second payment. Nowhere to store baggage (we arrived in Lisbon at 10am and had to pay for luggage storage until 4pm check-in)

  : The location is great, the communication with the manager was very good, she phoned several times to see whether we were good. The furniture is decent although the kitchen hardly has anything in it. Could not find scissors, no hangers (but they brought those immediately) and no iron.
  : The bedroom is tiny.
