  : - didnt have basic food essentials for arrival. also lacking a bottle opener. - took a long time to receive our keys due to poor customer service. the door is also very difficult to open, it requires knowing what you are doing (pull the door towards you strongly, then unlock, then push strongly)- gas stove did not ignite, we had to buy matches- shower difficult to use, you have to hold the shower head

  : We were not informed that vehicles are not allowed anywhere close by to drop off lugguage and no Aircon, the room was very warm with no airflow.

  : Almost none, even though the service people sounds friendly.
  : 1) Be careful of the unexpected extra charge - for cleaning. But they didn't provide any cleaning. 2) It's a no-window and no-ventilation property. Without opening only one street door, you cannot breathe the fresh air. It's doubt why booking.com have qualified such a poor property. 3) Dirty environment in which you can find the cockroach. 4) No washing machine. Not enough daily necessities.

  : Location was excellent. Very close to all amenities in Lisbon. Apartment was fine. Was all we needed for a 4-day break
  : Having to collect the keys from a location away from the apartment was not convenient. Coming from a flight from a different country, it definitely made the arrival less convenient Not enough toilet paper in the apartment on arrival Also, the door was not obvious on how to open. It required pulling the handle while turning the key - this could have been explained better on arrival

  : No toilet paper, dishwashing soap or sponge, the little things which one would expect in a furnished apartment. I emailed the management about this but no response. And I could no go and buy these thing during a lockdown.

  : - Service called me a few days earlier to confirm when my plane arrives and to confirm I have the right adress where to pick up the keys - homing company was avialabe via phone to explain to me how to stove works (never cooked with gas before) - great location, many great spots to see and eat within walking distance - toilet paper, towels, shampoo and soap, bed sheets and kitchen equipment available - everything clean - only 2 windows (makes it dark when the light is switched out and also fresh in the night, which is great during summer!) - opportunity to store luggage at homing company as our flight left in the evening but check out was in the morning (11 am)
  : - coffee machine was a bit dirty, didn't want to use it - 3 towels are enough for 4 days, but if one stays for 2 weeks maybe 2 or 3 more would be nice - one kitchen towel to dry the dishes would be great

  : Bad communication. Do you realize how difficult it is to move around Lisbon with suitcases? Well you arrive at the address of the apartment, after having communicated the exact arrival time, no one opens you, you call the company on the phone to communicate your arrival, no one answers you because always busy at the end they tell you that you have to go and get the keys to the headquarters of the company that manages the apartment more than 3 km away. Absurd! take another taxi, (impossible to go without), take the keys with the taxi waiting for you and go back to the apartment. You arrive and the young lady at the reception tries to say that they had sent a message the day before to communicate the length of the key collection. Of course I showed her that I hadn't received any messages from them. In any case, bad management system and bad communication. A box in front of the apartment door with a code for collecting the keys or a code for opening the door would suffice. Life could be simple sometimes! For the rest of the house, only the really comfortable bed is saved. The house as a whole is dilapidated. The bathroom vent makes a terrible noise when you turn on the light, waking anyone who wants to sleep. Also the fridge was dirty and smelled .... he knows how to review many things.
