  : good location, easy access to get the keys, clean apartment, fast communication with the host
  : the shower was leaking - i had to have numerous conversations with the host to ask for a silicon solution & explain that putting a towel would not help as that would mean to constantly have to squeeze the towel with water in the end they did put a silicon solution, the situation improved, but was not 100% fixed no soap in the bathroom. i had to buy my own no extra blanket was initially provided - had to ask for another one 2 times. the one i got was very smelly & no extra bed sheet for it// no extra towels (i had to ask to get another one as i had to use some for the shower) there was even a cockroach in the bedroom at some point it looks like a museum home, but very non-functional the only light in the apartment comes from the living room window - so in the bathroom or kitchen there is no actual natural light given that it seems that this is owned by a company, i would have expected more

  : Good location, easy walking distance to metro and key areas. The space was clean and comfortable. Be warned there is no lift so will have to carry bags up the stairs though this is common for lots of places in Lisbon
  : The shower drains very slowly so have to have very quick showers or it overflows, however the host did warn us about this prior to our arrival.
