: Apartment situated in a good area, close to the city center.
: The problem is if you stay for 2-3 nights you should by everything. it wasnt even soap to wash the hands or to wash the glasses or dishes. If you would like to cook something its nothing for cleaning the dishes as well. I find it really strange. If you have to make a check in after 20:00 be ready to pay extra 30.

: Perfect location!!! The apartment was very nice! It was clean. It was bigger than it looked in pictures. We even had a tiny little view of the river. The security was fabulous - a lot of codes to remember but worth it to feel safe. My Son and I were very comfortable there. The staff was extremely accommodating throughout the whole process with great communication.
: The only thing that we didn't like is that it could've come with a small welcome pack. Like a couple of coffee pods, some napkins or paper towels, a little dish soap and/or dishwasher pod, etc... We didn't know what to get and would've appreciated those items after a tired day of traveling.

: Great central area, very safe, clean and quiet neighborhood. Layout of the apartment is good and comfortable, it is equipped very well, it has both central heating, which is important in Lisbon in winter, and AC in both rooms, which is important in summer. The place is good for both short term and long term stay, feels like home. For a long term stay we were offered a complementary mid-stay cleaning. There're options (extra fee) for the airport transfer.
: The only thing, which may be complicated in the beginning is to remember and use different codes (gate, entrance door, elevator) to get into the apartment, but it's not that difficult anyway)) And just in case it should be a "plan B" to get into apartment if something happens to the gate lock code, at least always keep the garage remote with you as you can enter the building through the garage.
