  : The apartment is in the basement!! Wifi does not work. Apartment is in very bad condition and still you have to pay security deposit?! Equipment in the apartment is old and broken. In the apartment is very bad smell. For that money you can get much better acommodation in Lisbon. I am so dissapointed, I cant explain...

  : The only thing I can say positive is the place where apartment is located. It's just around the corner of the famous square.
  : This is the worst apartment we have ever booked.The apartment was very dirty and smells so bad.We couldn't property get fresh air, because is placed in -1 floor (basement). First night we couldn't sleep well because matrees was damaged. We phoned the owner and he refused to replace it. We asked to arrange cleaning, but no one arrived.I won't recommend this place to no one, because it can destroy your vacation like happend to us.

  : Extremely disappointing. Upon arrival at 10 p.m., I was not only greeted by a humid and unwelcoming space, but also had to endure a dirty bathroom infested with dampness-loving mosquitoes. The lack of natural light further added to the dreary atmosphere. To make matters worse, I was charged an additional 30 euros for late check-in, even though the hosts themselves arrived half an hour later. It appears they have yet to discover the convenience of using lockboxes. Overall, these conditions fell far below expectations and negatively impacted my entire stay.

  : The communication with the host was super poor. I had to follow up many times to get any information, we arrived to the airport and didnt know how to get the keys, how to handover them afterwards etc. totally miscommunication. In regards of the apartment, the location was great, quite close to the city center, but it was super old, super dirty, and ground floor what makes your stay uncomfortable. Bathroom is old too

  : The location is good, the metro station and the bus station are minutes away, the bed was quite comfortable
  : The place is extremely shabby, even though the building is modern. It needs renovation, the floors and the walls look quite worn out. The worst thing is the smell, the building is on the ground floor and the window overlooks the inner yard which is more like a well, there's never any sunlight in the apartment and there's no way to air it, so the old stale smell is everywhere in the living room. To crown it all, the check-in is at 15.00 though when I arrived at 14.00 the apartment wasn't cleaned and I had to call the office about it and the cleaning took two hours! Not going to recommend this apartment

  : Weird quotes on the walls, my deposit got kept without reason
