  : The room was big enough for a family. There were designated living and dining spaces. The views from the bedroom was nice. Good storage spaces in the apartment, if one arrives with lots of baggage.There was an elevator to the apartment.
  : First and foremost, we did not like the way the check in was handled. We were charged additionally (Euros 15) for handover of keys quoting late check-in, even though we arrived prior to the stated 'late' check-in time. Check-in process was not clearly explained. Since the beginning of booking I kept receiving too many messages about 'charges' that will be charged to the method of payment. Even though the apartment was big enough,it lacked some basic amenities. No salt, pepper,oil (which is a basic in any apartment). The pans and pots in the kitchen were all quite old with scratches on almost all of them. There was no dish wash powder/liquid. No hand towels. The bathroom did not have a hand wash. The water from the taps need to be carefully controlled else, one ends up getting burned, at least we did!!. There was some work going on in the apartment next to ours and we always woke up to drilling and banging on the walls. Overall, to the property management, we were just one of the tourists for one of their many properties and hence did not bother when we raised concerns on the check-in process while being stranded on the street.
