  : Well situated. Large rooms. Beds were comfortable.
  : The stove was perched on a secured ledge but was super high for an average person. When you are cooking the frypan is almost at chin level. Its a bit run down. The dining chairs need to be replaced or reupholstered. There was not enough toilet paper. We could have asked more but it was our last day. Also not enough comfortable seating for 4 people. There is one couch that seats two or three but another 1 or 2 comfortable chairs would be nice.

  : The location was excellent. We were very pleased we brought ear plugs, because the bedroom windows look onto the main tram route which keep going to 1am and starts early in the morning as well. Characterful flat and building. Good seating area and table and chairs.
  : The noise from building work below us was very disturbing. Also there was a very bad smell from drains in the bathroom area.

  : Nice location. Very comfortable apartment and beds. View to sea over rooftops.
  : Expected a toilet in the second bathroom- would be good if it was clear its just a bidet and bath/shower. But all clean , very nice.

  : The doorbell into the unit did not work and the member of our group who had already arrived did not hear us ringing. We tried it multiple times. It was late at night and we had to find a hotel to stay in. The unit manager insisted that the doorbell worked, but declined to either come show us how it worked or to verify that it didnt work There is no manager available at night to help guests with apartment issues. Both of us arrived late in the evening and took Bolt from the airport. The access to the unit at night is blocked off and ride services are not able to get through. Had we taken a taxi we wouldve been able to get through to the address. We had to have our Bolt driver find us a taxi, who could get access to the street and take us to the correct address. This cost us the cost of the Bolt driver as well as the taxi driver. When I noted to the manager that people booking this property should be advised of the street closure to contract vehicles In the evening and night hours he denied that this was a problem. I found the entrances to the street, saw the barriers that rise for evenings to deter traffic as well as the call box that Taxi cabs use to have the blocking device retracted.

  : Great location, very spacious apartment. Good communication with hosts - when we had an issue they were quick to respond.
  : Unfortunately there was a leak in the apartment during our stay. Also the neighbours were quite noisy on occasion. However, the hosts responded well in regards to both incidents.

  : The location was exactly the experience we wanted. We felt totally immersed in the vibe of old Lisbon and loved it! The views were great- water views, city and street scape- and the #28 tram stopped just near us. The building is steeped in history and surrounded by it too. There was a really cute and good Cafe just downstairs from the building too.
  : Maybe slightly nicer lighting in the bathroom. Personally just not into very artificial white light when you need to look in the mirror. Too scary...Haha
