  : Apartment is a bit out of the center, but ideally situated if you need a place to stay near Instituto Superior de Agronomia, which we did. All necessary amenities, simple but nice, suitable for 2 individuals or a couuple and one person.
  : A bit noisy, due to the nearby overhead bridge of 26 April, and many airplanes passing low towards the airport - however, not so much it bothered our sleet (closed the windows during night)

  : I liked how well equipped the apartment was and also how clean it was.
  : We met the last guests in the apartment who told us about serious mold problems in the apartment. We didn't experience it ourselves, but we were a bit concerned the whole time.
