  : Cozy apartment in a good location, 15 min to the city center, minimarkets in the area and a nice neighborhood. Overall a nice apartment for this amount of money.
  : There was no supplies like soap, shower gel or shampoo. At the beginning was a closed air in the apartment but disappeared after few hours.

  : The location was great, especially the little tasca around the corner “Zapata” food was awesome and super cheap :)
  : Customer service is really poor, before my check in I tried to contact them many times through their booking channel and their mail but nothing, it seems they don’t work with them, they do not train their personnel in order to solved clients needs ASAP (OR SIMPLY THEY DON’T CARE), they replied to me 2 days after my check in and there’s a WhatsApp message - > still pending yes

  : Great location.Well equipped kitchen.Washing machine.The apartment is badly sound insulated so you can hear what happens above and below. Squeaky bed.I was charged city tax twice.Difficult/pricey late check-in. They didn't answer my message updated arrival time causing me having to wait outside and call back to get them to meet me to be checked in.

  : The bed was very comfortable. The WiFi worked well. The kitchen was newly renovated and included most amenities that I needed for daily use. The apartment was spacious. The neighbourhood was very quiet, especially during the night which was great to get some rest. The location was in walking distance to three metro stations - Rato, Cais de Sodre, and Chiado-Baixa.
  : One big problem is that walking in the apartment upstairs is very audible. The floor is old and wooden and the stairs that climb to the upstairs apartment are right above the bed (the inclined ceiling over the bed). The apartment upstairs was rented to tourists and how well you sleep depends on who is renting it. Most of the time it's ok, there were no parties upstairs during my stay, but on two occasions the tourists had to catch an early plane so I was waken by suitcases banging and storming around the apartment that lasted 1 hour early in the morning (4 - 5 am).Another issue is the small bathroom with a tiny shower which only has a curtain, and the smelly sewage pipe on the bathroom floor.Finally, one time I found the door to the apartment unlocked (not locked with a key, but automatically locked by closing), and the agency said that there was no one there from their staff. This was a bit uncomfortable security-wise.

  : Full sized fridge, kitchen and washer.
  : The property was not clean when we arrived. There were hairs and crumbs on the carpet. I requested for the carpet to be vacuumed and was told they will send their cleaning team. They never showed up.It would be nice to have a vacuum cleaner on the site. The shower does not drain and moldy. The fridge had a smell. I had to wipe the insides with soap to get rid of the smell. You cannot get a good night sleep here due to the fact that the floors are creaky. You can hear the neighbors above walking, going up and down the stairs, and slamming their door. The noise is too loud, it seems like other people are inside the apartment. If you are hoping to get a decent balcony with the view of the alleyway, forget it. The apartment should have a disclosure that there is a major construction in front of apartment. Another disclosure that would be helpful for travelers is a notice that the stairs leading up to the apartment on the second floor is very steep, and narrow. This would be an issue if you have big suitcase. We had backpacks and was not a big concern but would be for other travelers.

  : The location was great! Close to shops, cafes and walkable distance to the main city centre. Had a coffee machine and a washing machine
  : The property has very steep and narrow steps ( and very low ceiling ) to go up to your room which makes it hard to carry big luggage or even to walk up and down the stairs. Although the property advertises that it can host 4 people - that’s not really possible ( or comfortable ) because once you put all your luggage away and open up one of the sofa bed in the living room - there is hardly any room to move about let alone open another sofa bed.
