  : Was unfortunately disappointed. Key pickup was at a location two kilometres away which was in the fine print but I believe should be mentioned more prominently. When we arrived at the apartment at 3:30 the cleaner was still there and had not finished cleaning. He was walking around without a shirt (it was very hot; fine by me but some people might be uncomfortable from this). I asked for a fan, which was never delivered. It was very hot and this was completely unsatisfactory. We stayed multiple days and they never delivered. A fan was mentioned as included. I would not stay here during summer. The apartment overlooked a local theatre which involved multiple people congregating outside for multiple hours (around midnight). This caused a large noise disturbance which affected one of my guests (who came for an important conference and was presenting to medical professionals). This potential noise disturbance was not mentioned and the managers of the property would be aware of this.

  : The apartment is well located in a quiet zone of Bairro Alto.
  : We were allowed to leave the lugagge in the office where we collect the keys earlier, but we couldn't even quickly use the toilet (my erderly parents asked for it) as it was only for staff, also they provided us the wrong password to the wifi. The apartment was on the 4th floor without elevator, which I didn't find it mentioned anywhere in the announcement, we had 2 elderly with us, if known I wouldn't have booked this place.

  : was fairly quiet and there was quite a bit of kitchen stuff but wasnt clean.
  : wasnt super clean, the sheets felt old and not clean on the main bed also everything in the kitchen was dirty and no dishwashing tablets. The listing did not explain that it is on the top floor, the stairs were really narrow and steep and the lights were broken. this is usual for the area but it should explain thats its up 5 flights. the apartment was cold even though the weather was mild so would be freezing in winter and super hot in summer. the power kept tripping if we had a heater on and appliances in the kitchen.
