  : Room decor is nice enough, and the property was clean throughout (despite the bathroom being shared). Housekeeping cleaned my room every day, which I appreciated.Location is also very convenient, close to chiado, bairro alto, and numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and train stations.
  : I read other reviews saying that this property is noisy, and foolishly ignored them. Don't make the same mistake. This literally feels like you're trying to sleep right in the middle of a party, with the noise only beginning to subside at around 4am. Soundproofing is unfortunately abysmal. The bed was also uncomfortable, with the mattress being wafer thin (to be frank, I'm not actually sure if this was a mattress or a mattress topper)There's also no luggage storage facilities, with the only communication from the property before checkout being a message to not, under any circumstances, store my luggage there.

  : It was OK clean
  : Quick summary: the doors are not easy to get open, they were blocked at night and day, the area isnt save: I got robbed in front if the door and the owner is very very unfriendly. The whole story: I arrived late at night around 1am and informed the team about my late arrival. They said I need to come inside through a self check-in and I could call them if I had any problems. First thing: they didnt mentioned the self check-in before the booking and I chose it because I thought they have a reception and NOT self check-in But OK i thought. I hate self-check ins..but I will try Then I arrived at the apartment, used the code but the door didnt open. I tried to call the owner/team but they didnt pick up. Two guys on the street passed by and helpd me. They couldnt open it as well and in the meantime one of the guys stole my bag with my most valued belongings inside .so I can say: this area isnt save at night!! I called the police, they noted all information and helped me with the door. First they couldnt open it as well - the door was jammed/blocked. After they pushed it harder the door finally opened. The next challenge was the key box: no instructions or guidelines were mentioned in the owners mail. So it was a lot if try and error go get finally in. During my stay it was not the first time the door wasnt working. It happened the next day with another door and again I needed help from a man to pushed it open. It was broken. One of the worst things: the owner again didnt pick up the phone and I had to wait like 1h to get called back eventhough he knew what has happened the night before! All in all he was very unfriendly, didnt feel sorry about what has happened and even said it was my fault to get robbed. He didnt admit that he did a mistake in not picking up the phone. He said I expected too much when I was trying to call him at night.
