  : Bathrooms were lovely and modern and location was ideal
  : Lift wasn't working and we were on the 5th floor. ( had to carry luggage ) Lipstick was left on glasses in the press and a hair was left on a bowl. There was a terrible smell of dampness coming from the apartment and the carpets were soaking upon arrival. The balcony was also full of damp carpets. When we arrived the sofa bed was not prepared and when I rang the host in guest ready I was shocked by how unhelpful and rude the woman on the phone was. She told me she would ring back and never did then and I rang 5 times an hour later and there was no reply. There was also only 2 towels for 4 people and when requested we did not receive them for two days.

  : It’s beautifully decorated with all the needed things. ( even washing machine and dishwasher! We spent 3 days on a family trip. The location is great. Easy check in.
  : The AC didn’t work and even though they told us how to turn it on…, it ended up never working…

  : The location was perfect, the apartment was spacious and has enough amenities including a washing machine and dish washer and additionally it’s well furnished. High quality linen and the team was quick to respond to issues.
  : We couldn’t get the air conditioner to work
