  : Nothing good to share. I will use the space here and write down the rest of my complaints, continuing from point 5: 5. Coming back to the apartment, we faced several broken assets - (inside) door locks broken, shower pipe damaged, broken table, etc. Having in mind the deposit taken from my card I had to walk around and document all damages and sent them to the host, in order to avoid any claims against us. This is not my favorite when on vacation. 6. The flat was in a normal condition though some small but annoying damages (mentioned above). 7. In contradiction to the photos, the apartment didn't look so glamorous in reality, demonstrating a middle class experience by cheapest means of investment. All together, the issues we had originated from the host. The host himself was an asset management company "HOMING.COM", which has a lot of offices in Portugal. This was my first time with them, but the experience was terrible, most probably due to bad management of the local office which was responsible for the flat chosen by me.
  : What we didn't like is going to be a long list:1. The day before arrival, I got a 250 EUR charge on my card, as a deposit. It was my fault that I didn't read carefully all about the booking, BUT once we left the apartment it took 20 calendar days to get my deposit back in my bank account. I called the host about it and they told me that this is "normal". These "normal" 20 days return of the deposit was not written anywhere.2. After we arrived and called the host to get our keys (as it was advised by the Booking app on my phone), it came out, that the office of the landlord is not at the place of accommodation. They sent us another address where we had to get the keys from. We travelled 20 minutes to and back from the office BY CAR. In case you arrive like 30 min. before end of Normal working hours- you will be not able make it to the office without a car (and I don't believe you'll be very happy to carry your luggage 2.8 km. to the office and back). So you will have 2 choices- to go by taxi or ask the host to bring you the key for an extra charge.3. At the office we witnessed some other guests (with 3 little children) having a big dispute at the office desk. We had to wait 45 minutes and listen to the arguments of both sides and the unwillingness of the office to show any sympathy and help this family (which from my perspective had a valid claim by the way).4. Once our turn came, we were told that the instructions coming from Booking.com about "how to get your key" are not accurate because of Booking.com and that they can do nothing about it and that it was our fault, that before making the reservation I didn't read carefully the whole body of their presentation and trust their statement about the key location against the official Booking.com instructions. The officer was rude, aggressive and impudent, offering to give me a lesson how Booking.com works for the hosts.5.

  : The hosting company is disappointing:1. Did not answer on booking2. Had to go for the keys to the other address which is not easy with a lot of luggage and a baby

  : The air conditioning cut out after 20 minutes of use and the electric board had to be reset given the temp in the bedrooms was 38 very annoying

  : the apartment it's nice and the location is really good, it's really easy to find something like that in Lisbon, the only differential are the services and Housing is the worst I ever had any experience
  : People services, Mariana ask me twice about the time I would arrive and I was right on time, she made me wait for 40 minutes and always being rude. The A/C's weren't working and the apartment is extremely hot.

  : good location, easy access, all appliances except a/c unit worked properly.
  : one of the reason we booked this property was an a/c unit, but it didnt work all 4 days we have been there.we reported about the issue every single day, but it wasnt resolved.we have been forced to keep windows open due the heat and had a bad issue with mosquitoes during the nights.Horrible experience.In addition it was shards of glass on the floor in the kitchen and leaving room left over, one of shard stuck in the my foot.Not pleasant at all. Started sweep out the floor and found more shards
