  : Everything was really great. Very nice apartment, especially for families with children. We are very satisfied. I definitely recommend it to others.
  : The jackets had nowhere to hang in the hallway. We didn't know how to turn on the washing machine. I recommend putting some instructions on the wall.

  : The location of the property is very good. Alfama is a really nice area and the proximity to airport is useful. The local amenities are copious.
  : Check in experience was a nightmare. Keys were supposed to arrive at 3pm, and did not arrive until well after 4pm, which is quite the inconvenience when travelling with elderly people. The office telephone machine was among the worst I've ever experienced, and were twice diverted to the mobile numbers of ex-employees.

  : check-in was 3 o'clock, we arrived at 3:40 pm and yet the cleaning lady was still there. we got back at 6pm and she still hadn't left, I want to point out that I don't know what she did for so many hours in the apartment that it was dirty everywhere ... neither the dust was wiped, nor the windows, nor the floor... I also want to mention the fact that it stops the 250 deposit for almost nothing. I have been using booking for years and nowhere have I been asked for a deposit. given that the apartment did not look exactly like in the pictures. I will definitely not return to this apartment unfortunately. internet signal 0, telephone signal to call 0, the view of the windows is inside the building, unpleasant in fact.

  : very well located, super calm and quiet, no A/C but keeps cool and with the fans, we were comfortable even though there was a heat wave, well-equipped, bedrooms are nice size, huge walk-in closet, and two toilets.
  : wish there would have been a few essentials, like salt/pepper and olive oil, soap dish. And it said washer for clothes, but the machine didnt work.

  : the location is great as area is right in the old town but the apartment is literally right next to a damp spot, the 2nd bedroom smells moldy and you can see it too same as the bathroom, cant really open the window as once you open it you get all the bad smelly air from the abandoned houses near by. we selected this as we wanted to have a apartment got washing machine but from reading other guests two three months ago apparently the washing machine isnt working at all and the owner wont make any effort to replace it or fix it . Or is the washing machine park if the decorations in the house ? and be mindful for the power point too. if I have another option I will probably avoid this apartment from the homing group.
  : the washing machine didnt work and this issue was addressed 3 months ago from other guest. some lights and lamp aint working either.
