  : Apartment is in very good place, centrally based It is spacious apartment with modern design.
  : Apartment needs some basic maintenance for example only one window was able to open and close properly others either weren't able to open or close. There is noise from ventilation from the restaurant below which stops at 23h so you can sleep after that and at 8 am the next door rebuilding is starting. The worst think is that the flat was full of German cockroach - we killed at least 30 of them during our stay. Missing anybody in person to discuss the issue. Communication via email is fine but doesn't lead to any conclusion it is so sad for that nice property to have these issues.
