  : You had to go pick up the keys to a place that was very far away from the appartment (starting at 3pm) which is very uncomfortable if you are carrying luggage. When I arrived to pick up the keys, I had to wait 40 min because the keys were not there. The apartment is nice but it is not really maintained (shower broken, loose ceramics, etc)It is also missing some essentials for cooking (like a kettle)

  : The noise at night especially during the weekends is EXTREMELY loud. My kids couldn't fall asleep until 1am. Not good for families.We found a lot of cockroaches. We had to buy cockroach killer to keep them away. When I told the host they said cockroaches were common in Lisbon.We asked for a remote for the TV the first day we got there. A week later and still no remote.We didn't know what to do with the keys when we checked out so we tried to call the office. There is absolutely no after hour help. If you have an emergency, you are out of luck.You have to pick up the keys from an office which is not close to the apartment. With no car and a family, this was very difficult.
