: Excellent position, very spacious and comfortable, clean. Felt like home
: Communication is not excellent. With this price (not cheap), its unacceptable that you have to pay 15 to get the keys (we arrive at 9.30 pm)

: The location and the size of the property, although I think this is reflected in the price.
: - The collection point for the keys is very far from the property.- The property smelled moldy upon entry probably because the extractor fans are not in working order.- The washing machine was covered in mold.- The only windows in the bedroom was covers by some paper instead of a curtain so the only way to get any natural light was to open the door to the living room with its curtains open.- The property was clearly not cleaned properly and the floor and the sofa was covered in hair, EVERYWHERE.- The oven's display was broken so it was impossible to tell what the settings were. - Some of the very few provided pots and pans (which were dirty) didn't even work on the induction stove, so we had to work with what we could (felt like back in university days!).- We could probably go on but it was certain not value for money even considering the great location.

: Location and the size of the apartament.
: A lot of broken and old stuff (broken toilette seat, trash bin, old and shabby chairs and floors). No detergente for dishes and sponge for washing, only 1 roll of toilette paper. Could not reach the staff for two days of out stay to get the answer about possible later check out.
