  : Beautiful flat in an excellent location
  : - Check in is done at their office, miles away from the flat itself- The flat was dirty with lots of hairs all over the floor- Nothing to wash dishes (detergent, brush, sponge)- No soap, shower gel or shampoo- Broken fixtures on the bathroom- Cot wasn't assembled correctly, and had no blanket (late December) and undersized sheets, which made for a very uncomfortable sleep- Pillows were uncomfortable (cheapest ikea pillows probably) and blanket was very thin- Only provided 2 towels for 2 adults and 2 children- The beautiful living room lamp you see on the pictures had a broken light bulb- There was another small lamp which was connected but had no lightbulb, which is a huge security risk

  : The single downside to this property is that it was listed as having toiletries but didn't.

  : The apartment is beautifully decorated and the location is perfect. They have central heating, which is great.
  : I had to call management twice to get informed of my check in and if I didnt call, I wouldnt know how to do it.I got to the apartment and they didnt tell me about the central heating, so I had to guess and find how to control it by myself. Also, they had no soap. Yep... no soap... not even to wash your hands. They have a beautiful dispenser in the bathroom but it was empty. Theres not soap to shower either so I called them and they told me that due to Corona virus they went giving soap anymore. I never heard anything so ridiculous in my life. They have no napkins or towels in the kitchen. The basin had a leakage that the staff saw with me and did not send anybody to fix it.They at least had enough towels for me to dry the counter after using it.Its a shame, because the apartment is amazing. But I was very bothered about the lack of professionalism of the staff.

  : location of the property was good and it was of a modern style
  : WiFi didnt work, shower didnt work, apartment was small, wasnt clean (rug dirty, bathroom was not clean and needed repair, dining table had scuff marks, needed hoovering) noises from street could be heard late into the night, no kitchen cleaning products available, no welcome information readily available, homing managers not helpful and unwilling to resolve issues!

  : We had an amazing stay in modern chiado, the staff were so receptive. The location is amazing and was a walking distance from any location in the city.
  : The smell from the construction was very off putting and overpowering. The overhead fan was not working. We hope that for the next stay they also provide more basics like hand soap, cleaning supplies and more toilet paper. The location was advertised for 4 people and only provided 3 forks.

  : This apartment has so much potential, but its not well maintained. WiFi didnt work. Its wasnt cleaned properly. Bathroom smelled horrible. Sofa bed was broken. Check-in is an unclear process. We called in advance as they told us to do, but we still waited for someone to bring the key for almost an hour after arriving and we paid a late check-in fee of 20eur (late check-in fee was informed about in advanced though).During our stay four technicians showed up unannounced to fix the AC (however, we hadnt had any issues with the AC). We politely said no as our baby was sleeping. The staff called and was very rude. They said the technicians had to get access to the apartment right away. They said they had tried to call me multiple times the day before, but I hadnt received any calls or texts.I think they mixed up the apartments as they sounded surprised when I said the AC was working well. FYI Dont forget to bring hand soap, dish soap etc as those things are not provided. And if you leave early in morning youll need a key to get out of the building.
