: Centrally located property and nice, clean apartment.
: The listing agency required us to come pick up the keys at their office, which is 5km from the property. With 2 small children, this was a bit of a hassle. Also, even though our reservation was for 4 adults, they only gave us one set of keys, which was quite inconvenient. They provided no cleaning supplies (dish soap, paper towels, etc.) even though we were staying there a full week.

: We stayed at Rua de Santa Justa 60 and the location was very convenient with easy access to shops, restaurants and the ocean. Apartment was well stocked with everything that one needs on a holiday.

: The location was perfect - situated on the corner of two pedestrian roads in the Baixa district, with a view to the Elevador de Santa Justa on one side and to the Arco da Rua Augusta on the other. For the best pasteis de nata (we tried these delicious little custard tarts from various places throughout Lisbon during our stay there) - Fabrica de Nata is just accross the road! The apartment is modern, tastefully decorated and ideal for two couples.
: Unfortunately the second bathroom's shower door was missing (apparently it had been ordered but they were awaiting stock). A suggestion: a small starter pack of cleaning products and tea / coffee, salt & pepper and maybe a little olive oil from the rental agency would have been appreciated.
