  : Great central location.
  : The floor was incredibly dirty. Feet became black after walking around for few minutes. Also, the check in service after 8pm is very poor. It wasnt clear how it would work via the Booking website, but essentially someone will drop off the key at the property. We called them whilst we were at the airport, which is what we were instructed and they told us someone would meet us there in 40 minutes. An hour and a half later, the person arrived. The kids were tired and because of the delay, it took us past the 10pm check in which incurs a higher charge even though we were there before 10pm. The sockets are protruding out the wall as well and looks unsafe

  : We were met and let in with no wait time which was very good. The location was OK but the noise from the trams and the bin lorries was loud all through the night. The flat is tired and tatty but with a little bit of effort it could be lovely.Overall it was disappointing.
  : The sealant around the shower is missing and water leaks out from under the tray and smells horrible. The bedrooms are not laid out like the pictures and the whole place was a very tight squeeze for two couples and two children.

  : Nice apartment with 3 bedrooms right in the city centre next to Rossio metro stop and lots of nice restaurants. The flat is equipped with everything including Netflix, hairdryer, shower gel and soap, pans and plates and a dolce gusto coffee maker
  : We waited 45 minutes under the apartment for the guy to give us the keys (as we arrived there after 8 pm and arranged to pay for the late fee). So we ended up being early compared to homing.

  : The apartments location excellent and the host was most of the time easy to reach
  : The apartment looks way worse in person than on the pictures, it feels like a really cheap one, there were even rats in the flat damaging our things. There wasnt any cleaning stuff or garbage bags, etc. on the flat, when we asked the host to address these problems, they did nothing.
