  : Location is great. Very central. Apartment is spacious and bright. 3 double bedrooms and an extra room with a pull out couch/bed which we didn't use. Nespresso pods were left for us to use in Nespresso machine. Dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron all available. I contacted the apartment directly for them to arrange a taxi to collect us from Lisbon airport. This was useful because the driver brings you straight to the apartment where someone will meet you with the keys and show you around the apartment. Otherwise you have to collect the keys yourself at another location and try and find the apartment yourself which isn't signposted very well. I would reccomend this as it only cost €30.Overall a great base for sightseeing in lisbon.
  : There was a horrible smell from the bathrooms but we ran all the taps which fixed the smell. One bedroom door wouldn't close so had to jam a book against it at night. One spare pillow was dirty. Rug in living room is filthy. Needs to be changed.There is no elevator in the building and you have to climb 90 steps (I counted!) to the apartment. So if u have small children with buggies etc keep this in mind.
