  : + Location is great and we could walk to most of the places of our interest+ Cleanliness+ The host is extremely friendly and let us do an earlier check-in and later check-out+ There is a nice Danish bakery nearby to get breakfast
  : - Internet connection is very bad and works only in the kitchen- There is no air conditioning. Only 2 ventilators were available for the 4 ambient/rooms.- No sufficient toilet paper

  : Estrela! She dealt with our booking, was incredibly responsive and met us with the keys. She is so professional and helpful. Also the location is excellent. On the same road as the santa justa elevator and a short walk to the sea, and surrounded by restaurants and shops. Despite the downfalls I would stay here again.
  : We stayed in apartment 3E on the 3rd floor which didn't have the same style as the initial images on booking. While well equipped, the apartment was tired and in need of some touch ups. It wasn't as clean as expected (splashes on the doors, a freezer literally filled with ice needing to be defrosted). The elevator as others said was slow, the slowest ive ever seen. The Internet was patchy but a cable is available so bring plug in attachments.

  : Amazing location and host Estela was very nice and accommodating, allowing me to check in early as I had come from on an overnight flight with no sleep. Apartment was also very nice unit.
  : Wifi wasn't so good and could really only have a connection to it by being in the kitchen

  : 1. You need to go up 20 stairs until you get to the elevator , so it’s hard with big luggage. Plus, the elevator is so slow, so we never went up with the elevator to our floor..2. There’s no air conditioner or safe as promised.3. The toilet was broken, and the shower too. Also, the water came out from the shower.4. Another thing, at night it was so noisy that it was hard to sleep…
